<p>Se cultiva foarte simplu din seminte, iar cea mai favorabila perioada pentru semanat este primavara. In circa 10 zile (iar la unele specii si in perioada de pana la doua luni) apar primele plante. Dupa aparitia plantelor li se asigura umeditate permanenta. Planta de ardei iute nu se teme de razele directe ale soarelui insa iubeste foarte mult aerul umed si necesita sa fie udati abundent.</p>
<p>Dupa aparitia primelor 2 frunze adevarate se planteaza in paharute din plastic de 0,5 l, iar dupa 2-4 saptamani ating inaltimea de 10-20 cm. Urmatoarea plantare se face in vase de pana la 2-4 kg. Dupa ce este culeasa prima roada, planta se va dezvolta puternic si va inflori din nou.</p>

<p>Nu toti cunosc ca ardeiul iute este o planta multianuala si poate creste ani la rand atat in gradina cat si la balcon, cu conditia de a i se asigura iernatul la temperaturi pozitive. Cu fiecare an planta va devein mai stufoasa si se va dezvolta mai repede. De asemenea sistemul radicular va deveni mai puternic, iar roada mai bogata. In cazul cultivarii in apartament plantei i se asigura umeditate sporita a aerului.</p>
<p>In conditii mai racoroase si din cauza insuficientei de lumina, planta poate pierde din frunze, iar primavara va imbraca o noua coroana.</p>
<p>Chiar daca nu e dovedit de cercetari serioase se zice ca ardeiul iute omoara unele celule canceroase, ajuta la coborarea zaharului in sange.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In primul rand este necesar de stiut ca aceasta planta iubeste foarte multa lumina, suporta foarte usor razele directe ale soarelui. Pentru cultivare se recomanda ferestrele dinspre sud, iar in caz de insuficienta de lumina se organizeaza iluminare artificiala. Pe pervazuri pot fi cultivate soiuri pitice, iar la balcon unde se poate asigura un volum mai mare de sol se cultiva soiuri inalte, chiar si cu legume gigant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Semintele se seamana in paharele din plastic transparent de 200 ml. Plasticul transparent permite de a controla umezeala. Nu se recomanda a gauri paharelele, deoarece din cauza volumului mic solul nu insuseste sa absoarba suficienta umezeala.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://www.gradinomania.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/DSCF2806a.JPG" rel="shadowbox[sbpost-488];player=img;"><img class="size-medium wp-image-491 alignright" title="DSCF2806a" src="http://www.gradinomania.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/DSCF2806a-213x300.jpg" alt="DSCF2806a" width="153" height="216" /></a>Paharele se umpla cu sol, se toarna apa fierbinte si se lasa sa se raceasca. Apoi cu un creion se face o adincitura in sol si se planteaza semintele. Daca semintele sunt uscate se sadesc cate 2-3 la un loc, iar daca sunt incoltite – cate una in fiecare paharel si se lasa la loc cald (circa 25°C) si se acopera cu pelicula pentru a evita evaporarea umezelii. Dupa 3-4 zile, cand plantele rasar se transfera pe un pervaz mai racoros pentru a nu se alungi si nu se uda pana nu e uscat solul la suprafata pentru a evita dezvoltarea micozelor.<br />
Dupa ce solul este uscat plantele se uda cu apa calda. Se uda foarte atent pe langa peretii paharelor pentru a nu se umezi stratul de la suprafata. Daca totusi solul a fost udat la suprafata se presoara cu cenusa de lemn pentru dezinfectare. Rasadul se intareste in circa o luna si atunci se poate muta in vase mai mari.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ingrijirea ulterioara prevede inlaturarea noilori lastari de la baza frunzelor si formarea plantei, deoarece acesti lastari sustrag o mare cantitate a energiei nutritive ceea ce contribuie la diminuarea roadei. De aceea lastarii se inlatura indata ce apar, insa pentru a evita imbolnavirea plantei nu se taie dar se rup cu mana. Se lasa doar un lastar, formandu-se doau ramuri. Se inlatura de asemenea si frunzele ingalbenite sau afectate.<br />
Temperatura optima de cultivare a rosiilor se considera 28 C ziua si 15 C noaptea. Aceste plante nu se tem de curent, deaceea se poate regla temperatura aierului prin aierisire. Se aieriseste incaperea dupa 2-3 ore de la udare. In timpul infloririi se evita excesul de umezeala.</p>

Temperatura apei trebuie sa fie de 20-25 C. Odata la 10 zile se hranesc cu ingraseminte minerale si organice. Se recomanda si stropirea frunzelor cu solutia de nutrienti, ceea ce va contrubui la dezvoltarea plantei.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pentru a proteja plantele de imbolnavire se evita umeditatea excesiva, incaperea se aieriseste cat mai des si se asigura patrunderea razelor solare. Pentru protejarea impotriva diferitor boli plantele se stropesc cu solutie de zeama bordoleza. Se prepara in felul urmator: 10 ml de sulfat de cupru se dizolva in 0,9 litri apa si 20 gr de var stins se dizolva in 0,1 litri de apa. Laptele de var se adauga foarte incet printr-o suvita subtire in solutia de piatra vanata amestecand incontinuu. Acest amestec se pastreaza <strong>pana la 24 ore</strong>.</p>

<p>Apetisanta si foarte frumosa, aceasta mancare este potrivita pentru o cina in seara de revelion impreuna cu prietenii.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente si cantitati:</strong></p>

<li>Cartofi fierti 200 gr</li>

<h3><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></h3>
<p>Se da prin razatoare sfecla, morcovul si cartofii (legumele se pot taia felii marunte).</p>
<p>Se taie bucati (nu prea mari) pestele sarat. Pestele sarat se prepara in felul urmator: se ia macrou congelat, se curata, se spala si se presoara cu sare si mirodenii (coriandru, piper negru si frunze de dafin). Se pastreaza la rece cateva zile (circa 2-3). Cantitatea de sare se foloseste dupa gust, dar pestele trebuie sa fie suficient de sarat, mai sarat decat in cazul prepararii obisnuite (1-1,5 lingura mare).</p>
<p><strong>Se aseaza pe platou in felul urmator:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Primul strat – cartofi. Se unge cu maioneza;</li>
<li>Al doilea – peste si iar se unge cu maioneza;</li>
<li>Al treilea strat – morcov (uns cu maioneza);</li>
<li>Ultimul – sfecla, care de asemenea se unge cu maioneza.</li>
</ol>
<p>In dependenta de platoul pe care l-am ales – se pot succeda de citeva ori toate straturile.</p>

<p>Sfecla rosie este o leguma care se vinde anul imprejur pe piata si pretul (cu mici exceptii in perioada primavara-vara) este foarte accesibil, iar intr-o perioada de criza financiara prin care trecem acum este o posibilitate de a face economii considerabile.</p>
<p>Propun cateva retete culinare din sfecla rosie foarte simplu de preparat, dar si foarte gustoase.</p>
<p>Ciorbita de sfecla rosie:</p>

De asemenea poate fi condimentat cu cimbru sau frunze de busuioc. Se pune totul intr-un vas si se adauga 1,5-2 l de apa (cat sa acopere toate legumele). Se acreste cu suc de lamaie (este suficient 0,5-1 lamaie). In lipsa lamaiei pentru acrire poate fi folosita si sarea de lamaie, zeama de muraturi, rosii murate, sau otet natural. Se fierbe 30-40 minute. La sfarsit se adauga patrunjel verde.</p>
<p>Poate fi servita dreasa cu smantana. Este gustoasa si rece.</p>
<p>Eu prepar aceasta ciorba cel putin o data pe saptamana si este la fel de solicitata tot timpul de toti membrii familiei.</p>
<p>“Parjoale” din sfecla rosie:</p>

Se amesteca bine. Poate fi lasat putin sa se scurga sucul (dar nu este neaparat). Se pune cate o lingura plina de amestec in tigaie cu ulei incins si se prepara la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Parjoalele pot fi servite cu maioneza, sau cu smantana.</p>

<p>Exista  mai multe tipuri de diete cu mere.  Cele mai indicate sunt: pentru slabire – 1-2 ori pe saptamana, pentru profilaxie si mentinerea greutatii – 1-2 ori pe luna.</p>
<p>Iata  unele exemple de dieta cu mere:</p>

Toata ziua mancati doar mere, dar mancati pana la refuz. In paralel cu aceasta trebue sa consumati cat mai multe lichiduri, cum ar fi ceaiul verde sau infuzii din ierburi linistitoare (desigur fara zahar).<br />
2. O dieta mai stricta este de a consuma 1,5 kg de mere pe zi, dar fara nici un fel de lichid! Este suficient lichidul ce se contine in mere.<br />
3. Este mult mai suportabila dieta cu mere si chefir. La un mar – 100 ml de chefir si se repeta de 5-6 ori pe zi.</p>
<p>Dieta de mere poate fi prelungita pentru 6 zile: 1 zi – 1 kg de mere; a 2 zi &#8211; 1,5 kg de mere; a 3 zi &#8211; 2 kg de mere; a 4 zi &#8211; 2 kg de mere; a 5 zi &#8211; 1,5 kg de mere; a 6 zi &#8211; 1 kg de mere. Se poate consuma ceai (preferabil verde), infuzii din ierburi, se pot manca cateva felii de paine neagra (mai bine paine uscata).</p>

<p>Se recomanda dieta cu mere persoanelor care au lasat fumatul pentru a suporta mai usor aceasta perioada. Se tine a cate trei zile. Se recomanda ceaiul verde.</p>
<p>Atentie la soiurile de mere! Persoanelor cu gastrita sau cu aciditatea sporita nu li se recomanda merele acre. Acestor persoane le sunt permise merele dulci, chiar si cele gatite la cuptor. Iar celor cu aciditatea scazuta li se recomanda merele acre.</p>
